All mains connections: water, drainage, electricity, gas is propane bulk tank or cylinder, telephone connections are underground and are easily connected on request to BT.
A mobile library visits the park every other week and there are daily deliveries of milk and a mobile fresh fish van every Friday, mail is collected daily from our own mail box and there is a regular bus service from outside the park entrance to the town centre.
Now a little about Grantham.
A busy excellent shopping shopping town with a large Saturday market, 6 supermarkets the nearest being in walking distance from the park, all usual high street stores, 'Downtown' as advertised on T.V. is only 3 miles away.
For those who like sport Grantham boasts one of the finest leisure sports and swimming centres in the area, 3 golf courses, local reservoir fishing, the usual tennis, bowls, etc. At the town which is in walking distance.
Many historical and stately homes are in the area with some beautiful walks. If eating out, cinema or theatre is your fancy then Grantham has them all.
Grantham has an excellent road and rail service for North, South, East and West coast.
