We have a number of units on Cheveley Park that we rent out. The units are single bedroomed but come fully equipt with a seattee, bed, cooker (gas) and a fridge.
Anyone interested in renting a unit from M & G Willett are welcome to visit the site and look around the units to see if they are suitable for the person moving in. We request all tennants be over 30 years of age and we do not allow Young Children or pets on the site.
All utility bills are payable by the tennant, such as council tax, electric, gas and water rates.
The units are low rent with a minimal deposit. For any enquires please contact our office staff who will be more than happy to answer any questions.
